Order & Shipping
All orders are roast-to-order and hand packed. Our value comes from being able to provide the freshest coffee available on the internet. The coffee is shipped the same day it is roasted on whole bean coffee, and shipped the day after roasting on ground coffee.
Because of this, the coffee orders will take 1-5 business days before our roasters are ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days depending on the customer location via standard ground shipping by USPS.
Tracking your Canche Coffee order is easy! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to our shipment tracking portal. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number here on our website to get real-time updates on the status and location of your coffee beans. If you encounter any issues or have additional questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support team at support@canchecoffee.com
Cancellation or Modification Deadline: Within 2 Hours
For any order cancellation or modification, you have a 2-hour window from the time of placing your order to make changes. We understand that circumstances can change, and we want to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
To request a cancellation or modification, please reach out to our customer support team at support@canchecoffee.com. Make sure to include your order details and the specific changes you'd like to make.
Important Note:
After the 2-hour period has passed, it will no longer be possible to make any changes to your order. This is because your order will already be in the production process to ensure the freshest coffee for you.

At the moment, we only offer shipping in the United States. While we acknowledge the global interest in our offerings, we are focused on providing the best service and delivery experience within the U.S. We are actively exploring options to expand our shipping reach in the future.
Because our coffee is roast-to-order to offer maximum freshness we do not accept returns. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving it for assistance.

Subscriptions
Yes, we offer coffee bean subscription services. You can choose your preferred coffee, roast level, and delivery frequency to enjoy a regular supply of your favorite beans directly on our product pages.
There are two ways to do so:
#1 - You will receive a subscription confirmation email right after you place your first order with subject line "Your new subscription!". Open your email and click on the "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" button.
#2 - Right after you place your order, create an account via our website. On desktop click the profile icon on the upper right side of the screen or on mobile open the menu (three bars) on the upper left side of the screen, the profile icon is at the bottom. Create your account using the same email from your subscription order. On the main page of your profile you'll see a "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION" button.
Upon acquiring your first recurring subscription, the initial order is promptly processed for immediate shipment, regardless of your chosen frequency. Subsequent orders will automatically follow the frequency you have selected.
Given that orders are swiftly processed upon input, it's not feasible to postpone the shipment of your first order. Nevertheless, you have the flexibility to skip or adjust all subsequent shipments to align with your preferred timing!
Certainly! You can easily update your current address within your subscription portal.
Sure! You can make changes to your subscription type within your subscription portal; add or remove products, edit your delivery frequency and pause your subscription.
