At Canche Coffee, we are committed to providing you with the finest coffee beans, but we also understand that exceptional circumstances may warrant a refund. Our 14-day refund policy ensures your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase. Please take note of the following guidelines:

Eligibility for Refund:

  1. You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of receiving your coffee beans.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund. Please note* The final decision regarding the approval or denial of your request lies with the Canche Coffee customer support team.

Initiating a Refund: To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@canchecoffee.com within the 14-day period.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund Methods: Your refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we cannot refund any shipping, handling, or processing charges (credit card and merchant fees) associated with your order. Only the cost of the coffee beans will be refunded.
